“How does AeroEase monitor my travel?”
Once you share your flight details, we track real-time updates directly from airlines and travel data sources. If there’s a delay, gate change, or cancellation — we know right away and act fast.
“What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?”
We’ll notify you instantly and begin working to rebook your flight. If your plans include a hotel or rental, we’ll also reach out to those providers to adjust your reservations accordingly — no stress, no scrambling.
“Do I need to input my itinerary manually?”
Not necessarily. You can forward your confirmation emails or link your booking account — we’ll take care of the rest. Prefer to enter details yourself? That works too.
“Can AeroEase book hotels or only notify?”
We’re proactive — if your flight is delayed or canceled, we immediately notify your hotel or rental service to adjust your reservation. While we don’t book lodging just yet, we’re working on expanding our services in future updates.
“Is AeroEase available internationally?”
Yes! AeroEase works with most major airlines and travel partners worldwide. Whether you’re traveling domestically or abroad, we’re ready to help.
